PRODUCTION

Full production cycle

Contract manufacturing at PRITZ DEVELOPMENT may include several manufacturing operations within a single project.

Laser cutting
Cutting sheet metal to the contour of the part.

CNC punching
Holes, cut-outs and structural features of sheet metal parts.

CNC bending
Forming the three-dimensional geometry of parts.

Stamping
Production of parts using presses.

Welding
MIG, MAG, TIG, MMA, spot welding and laser welding.

Powder coating
A protective and decorative coating for metal parts and structures.

Assembly and packaging
Final assembly, completeness inspection and preparation of finished products for delivery.

Production based on customer documentation

Production is carried out based on technical documentation supplied by the customer:

  • 2D detail drawings;
  • 3D models;
  • specifications;
  • assembly drawings;
  • bills of materials;
  • technical requirements;
  • welding requirements;
  • surface and coating requirements;
  • assembly requirements;
  • packaging requirements.

Before production begins, the documentation is analyzed for manufacturability and the sequence of operations.

If necessary, the design can be optimized for manufacturing without changing the product’s functional requirements.

Spare parts production
We prepare the manufacture of spare parts based on documentation defining dimensions, material and assembly requirements. If a part needs to be reproduced from a sample, we first assess the sample provided and the scope of necessary measurements. Manufacturing feasibility and any required additions to the documentation are agreed upon before work begins.

Machining and surface finishing
For components such as shafts, bushings and gears, selecting the manufacturing process requires analysis of the detail drawings. We review the required scope of machining, dimensional tolerances and surface finishing method. We confirm manufacturing feasibility and the scope of work when preparing the offer.

MATERIALS

Depending on the design and project requirements, the following can be used:

  • black structural steel;
  • stainless steel;
  • aluminium;
  • galvanized steel;
  • other materials by agreement.

The selection of material, thickness and processing method depends on customer documentation and requirements for the finished product. We prepare aluminium parts and stainless steel components in accordance with the agreed material specification.

Dimensional inspection and manufacturing quality

For machine parts, dimensional stability, repeatability and compliance with technical documentation are important. The required dimensional tolerances are defined by the detail drawings and agreed technical documentation.

The following are inspected:

  • geometric dimensions;
  • hole positions;
  • bending angles;
  • quality of welded joints;
  • surface condition;
  • powder coating quality;
  • completeness;
  • compliance with the assembly drawing.
PRITZ DEVELOPMENT has implemented an ISO 9001 quality management system and production process control.
