PRITZ DEVELOPMENT manufactures custom metal components according to the customer’s drawings and technical
documentation.
We manufacture individual parts, fastening and mounting components, components for assemblies and
small finished sheet metal products.
The production cycle includes laser cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending, stamping, welding, powder
coating and assembly.

Production of metal parts based on customer documentation
The customer’s technical documentation forms the basis for production. Technical drawings, 3D models, specifications and manufacturing requirements define the part geometry, material, and processing and assembly parameters.
The following can be submitted for a quote:

- technical requirements;
- a complete set of documentation in a ZIP archive.
Before production begins, we analyze the design, manufacturability, dimensional tolerances and sequence of operations.
If necessary, changes can be agreed upon to:
- simplify manufacturing;
- reduce the number of operations;
- increase repeatability;
- optimize cutting layouts;
- reduce production costs;
- adapt the design for series production.
Working from the customer’s drawings and technical documentation is one of PRITZ DEVELOPMENT’s core production models.
If the project involves turning or milling, we assess the feasibility and scope of these operations based on the documentation before preparing an offer.
SHEET METAL PRODUCTS
We manufacture custom sheet metal components in accordance with the geometry and dimensions specified in the documentation. Depending on the product design, we can carry out successive processing operations on the same part across several production departments:
Laser cutting → CNC punching → CNC bending → welding → powder coating → assembly
This allows us to manufacture both individual parts and complete metal assemblies.
MATERIALS
Depending on the intended use of the part, we work with various types of sheet metal:
Carbon steel (black steel)
Production of steel components includes mounting components, brackets, bases, housings and equipment parts.
Stainless steel
For products with demanding requirements for corrosion resistance, appearance and operating conditions.
Aluminium
Aluminium components for applications where reduced weight and appropriate performance characteristics are important.
Galvanized steel
For individual parts and components requiring additional corrosion protection.
We base the selection of material and sheet thickness on the project documentation and requirements concerning the surface and operating conditions.
