01 LASER CUTTING Precision sheet metal cutting based on drawings and digital models.
Working area — up to 3000 × 1500 mm.
We process:

Laser cutting is used to produce panels, covers, brackets, mounting plates, housings and other parts.
02 CNC PUNCHING Production of holes, perforations and technical features with high repeatability.
Working area — up to 3000 × 1500 mm.
The process is particularly effective in the series production of panels, ventilation components, mounting plates and housing parts.
03 CNC BENDING Precision sheet metal bending to achieve three-dimensional part geometry.
Working area — up to 3000 × 1500 mm.
Bending is used in the production of:

04 STAMPING Stamping enables the series production of repeatable parts and structural components.

05 WELDING We turn individual parts into finished three-dimensional metal assemblies.

Maximum weight — up to 100 kg.
The color and coating type are determined by the customer’s technical requirements.
07 ASSEMBLY OF UNITS AND PRODUCTS PRITZ DEVELOPMENT can manufacture individual parts as well as assemble metal units and finished products.
Depending on the project, we perform:

  • assembly of metal units;

CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

From documentation to delivery of finished components
Contract manufacturing at PRITZ DEVELOPMENT includes the agreed scope of manufacturing parts, subassemblies and finished products. Sheet metal processing, welding, painting and assembly can be carried out within a single order. We determine the scope of work and the required level of product completion based on customer documentation.

Material and manufacturing process selection
Production of steel components includes parts, brackets, frames and support frames manufactured in accordance with project requirements. Material and manufacturing process selection takes into account the sheet metal grade, thickness and required surface finish. Structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium are selected in accordance with customer documentation. Aluminium components can be supplied as individual parts or components for assemblies.

Prototypes and series production
Before regular deliveries begin, the manufacture of a prototype or trial batch can be agreed upon. This allows the geometry, fit of components and assembly of subassemblies to be assessed. Series production is prepared based on approved documentation and agreed requirements.

Dimensional tolerances and quality control
The required dimensional tolerances are defined by the technical documentation. Quality control includes checking manufacturing compliance with the agreed documentation in terms of dimensions, completeness and finish. We take these requirements into account during process preparation and inspection of finished products.

Production quotation
I want to commission metal product manufacturing — what information should I send? To prepare an offer, we need a technical drawing or 3D model, material specification, quantity and requirements for processing, coating and assembly. It is helpful to specify the expected delivery date and order frequency. The production quotation takes into account the scope of operations, batch size and how the finished products are prepared for shipment.
