Assembly of finished products

Final assembly allows us to supply the customer with a finished product or a fully prepared assembly r ather than individual components.

Depending on the design, we carry out:

• assembly of metal housings;
• assembly of panels and covers;
• installation of fasteners;
• joining of individual metal components;
• component assembly;
• assembly of welded units;
• product kitting;
• preparation of finished products for packaging.

All operations are carried out according to the documentation and the agreed manufacturing process.

Quality control in accordance with ISO 9001

A quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 has been implemented within PRITZ DEVELOPMENT’s production system.

Before transferring products for packaging, we check:

Completeness
The presence of all specified parts and components.

Product geometry
Conformity of the main dimensions and component positions with the documentation.

Joint quality
Inspection of the results of welding and mechanical assembly.

Surface condition
Inspection of metal surfaces and the powder coating.

External appearance
The absence of visible damage, scratches and other defects.

For the customer, this means that production and quality control processes are organized according to an established management system.

Quality requirements are taken into account not only at the final stage but also throughout order fulfilment.

Product packaging

The packaging method is selected according to the product design, dimensions, weight and transport requirements.

We use various solutions to protect metal products:

• cardboard packaging;
• protective separators;
• foam materials;
• protective film;
• pallets;
• individual packaging of separate components;
• bulk packaging of series production batches.

The purpose of packaging is to protect finished products against mechanical damage, contamination and the effects of the external environment during storage and transport.

Packaging of series production batches

In series production, we can use an agreed packaging standard.

This ensures:

• a uniform packaging method for each batch;
• protection of products during transport;
• easy loading and unloading;
• product identification;
• protection of individual components and sets.

If necessary, the packaging method can be adapted to the requirements of a particular customer and the delivery logistics model.
